LiNKED are a tight-knit team of event professionals, software developers and communications experts who work with you to establish your requirements and then help drive the solution. Our team consists of professionals who have operated in Events, Software Development, and Communications for over 20 years. NICK PAUL

Nick Paul has worked for major event organisers including Reed Exhibition, Hearst Group and Penton Media in commercial roles including heading up sponsorship on World Travel Market. Nick has also run more than 50 technology conferences; delivering events on Search Marketing, Web Optimization, Web Analytics, Social Gaming, Bitcoin and 3D Printing. Nick has been heavily involved in Event Tech since he came up with the idea of an interactive floor plan for sales and worked with Coconnex to develop this pioneering technology. The interactive floor plan for sale is now the de facto way of managing exhibition floor plans across the world. Coconnex’s solution is used to run all of Hyve’s events. Nick has also run Social Selling Workshops for exhibition organisers, including Clarion Events, DMG Events, XEIM and Fresh Montgomery. Nick’s focus has always been on delivering commercially successful events!

GRAEME HODGES

Graeme Hodges has worked on a number of event website and with large brands on complex projects with the soul focus on clear communications with intuitive defined user journeys that deliver results.

PANKAJ GOEL

Pankaj has 30 years experience developing software solutions having worked with some of the largest organisations in the world including Morgan Stanley and IBM. Pankaj has also been involved in a number of agile startups.

BASIA DUDZIAK

Basia brings to the team over a decade of experience in the Meetings and Events arena. She is a seasoned professional with a genuine passion for building meaningful connections and creating memorable experiences for clients, both in person and virtually. With her extensive industry and client management expertise, Basia is strategically positioned to drive our global partnerships and vision.

AL TURNER

Alistair Turner is a well-known face in the Event Industry and brings over 25 years’ experience, working closely with the key trade associations, publishers, event organisers, as well as the UK government.

Alistair has been compiling the State of the Industry report for IBTM since 2017 and pre-covid was travelling the world presenting the findings to Industry colleagues.

Alistair has been involved in various UK government initiatives including being a voice of the industry throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic. Previously he was secretariat for the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Events, and project managed the groups’ Enquiry into the International Competitiveness of the UK Events Industry. He was also a government advisor for the 2012 London Olympics and the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games.

Within industry associations, he is past-President of the International Live Event Society (ILEA UK Chapter) and a special advisor to the National Outdoor Events Association (NOEA). He also sits on the Business Visits & Events Partnership (BVEP), the umbrella body for the UK events industry.

MIKI KONG

Miki previously led Informa’s international sales and operations team, with responsibility for growing business in Asia, Europe and Middle East. She has more than 10 years of working in the event services industry, experienced-in events: Live and Virtual Exhibitions, Conferences, B2B, Training/Seminars and Inhouse Programs. Miki sees herself as a (M)aximizer, (I)nitiator, (K)ind, (I)mplementer. Miki holds a degree in Business Management, Marketing and currently based in Singapore

LILLY MICHAEL

Lilly studied at Brighton University and has brought her organisational skills and love of events to Linked. Lilly has done all sorts of jobs to support herself though university and credits her mum for her strong work ethic!
